Job Requirements
- Ability to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grasp
- Sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area
- Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
- Ability to hear well in loud environment to respond to employee and guest needs
- Basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Meet state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to food handling health risks
- Ability to observe and differentiate monetary denominations
- Ability to operate point of sale system
- Ability to work around potentially hazardous chemicals

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- Engage in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change, and help with beverage orders for guests
- Complete side work, cleaning, and assisting other team members as needed
- Operate point of sale system accurately
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling
- Maintain Denny's uniform and grooming standards throughout the shift
- Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
