Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in restaurant serving or hosting
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
attentive and patient with guests
dependable and trustworthy
strong attention to cleanliness and safety
open to learning and training

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills

basic knowledge of local cuisine and menu items

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
manage reservation and waitlist efficiently
provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
assist with communication between guests and kitchen or wait staff
handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
support team members during peak hours
