- Prior food and beverage industry experience preferred
- prior guest relations training

Job Duties
- Ensure the proper setup of dining room
- promptly greet guests and patrons personally as they enter the establishment
- escort guests and patrons to their table
- present menus, make recommendations and take orders if necessary
- ensure dining room seating is controlled and that there is server parity in number of tables
- liaise between staff and guests to ensure guest needs, as well as expectations are exceeded
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
