Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in upscale restaurant or relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
- excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- good time management skills

- basic computer knowledge
- experience with Microsoft Office and Open Table
- able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manages guest reservations and greets and seats guests on arrival
- assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service
- manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
- prepares deposits and maintains a cash management system
- ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
- maintains complete knowledge of the restaurant features, cuisine, general information and hours of operations
- ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company standards, policies and procedures
- ensures Open Table is managed in a professional manner
- reviews all reservations and communicates all special requests to managers, servers and kitchen to ensure prompt and courteous service
