Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or supervision
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to comply with safety regulations and emergency procedures

Job Duties
- Supervises restaurant activities in absence of manager
- controls reservation book and accepts reservations accurately
- maintains guest history files to enhance repeat guest experience
- assigns workstations and pre-meal side work
- inspects dining room and service areas to ensure completion of tasks prior to meal periods
- greets guests in a polite and professional manner
- assigns tables and assists guests with seating
- monitors dining room activity and assists servers as needed
- notifies servers of guest seating and special requests
- ensures cleanliness and acceptability of menus and dining area
- assigns post meal side work
- executes other duties as assigned
