Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage and coordinate reservations using the phone and reservation system
- Assist guests by providing information about the menu and seating arrangements
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain an organized and clean host area
- Anticipate and support waitstaff and guest needs to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration and communication
