Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year experience as a host in fast-casual dining
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Valid alcohol and food certification according to state regulations
- Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Physical capability to meet the demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in point of sale (POS) systems
- Current alcohol and food handling certifications as per state requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage waitlists
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate table availability
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating issues or concerns professionally
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting in other front-of-house duties as needed
