Job Requirements

At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
The ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus

Job Duties

Cheerfully greet guests
Escort guests to their table
Provide guests with menus and answer preliminary questions
Monitor table rotations and track prepared tables
Answer phone calls and take reservations
Manage take-out orders when necessary
Ensure a smooth flow of guests in the dining area
