Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year host experience in fast-casual restaurant
- proficiency in POS systems
- current state-compliant alcohol and food certifications
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

- current alcohol and food safety certifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage guest reservations and waitlists using POS systems
- escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- communicate guest needs and special requests to service staff
- assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
- support overall team operations during busy periods
