Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests
Maintain a clean and organized entrance and dining area
Provide menus and inform guests of specials and promotions
Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with seating and accommodate special requests from guests
Collaborate with the dining staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Uphold the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism
