- 1-2 years experience preferred in an upscale dining venue, preferably in a private club

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service and hospitality to members and guests
- welcome and seat members and guests upon arrival
- monitor dining sections for availability of empty and cleaned tables
- estimate and communicate wait times to members
- manage guest waiting lists and attend to guests' needs during wait times
- answer phones and book reservations
- move tables to accommodate large parties
- take initial drink orders and coordinate with servers
- maintain accurate dining room occupancy chart
- support the Food & Beverage team to ensure quality service
- report concerns to the Food & Beverage Manager
- maintain an orderly and organized work area
- adhere to club rules and regulations during shifts
- perform other duties as assigned
