Job Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Able to obtain Food Safety Certification within 60 days
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move 25-50 lbs as needed
- Visual acuity including close, peripheral, and focused vision
- Previous hosting experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Familiarity with table management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience hosting in a high-volume restaurant
- Well acquainted with guest seating platforms, Seven Rooms preferred
- Confident and professional communicator in person and over the phone
- Calm under pressure and clear under stress
- Professional appearance and pride in presence
Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly, confidently, and professionally as they arrive
- Strategically manage guest seating and reservations using our table management system Seven Rooms
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure the host stand, entrance, and lobby are clean, orderly, and welcoming
- Resolve concerns with confidence, empathy, and a team-first mindset
- Jump in where needed, from checkouts to FOH support, because you lead by example
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all teams to support the flow of the restaurant
