Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests feel valued with a friendly welcome upon arrival
  • Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Greet and direct guests, accommodating their seating preferences
  • Efficiently handle reservations, providing timely updates on availability
  • Assist guests with special arrangements for a memorable experience
  • Address any guest concerns promptly during their dining experience
  • Quickly clear and reset tables to maintain efficient service
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and efficiency of the dining area
  • Help in other roles, such as food runner, to support the team as needed
