Job Duties

  • Coordinate guest seating with the service and management teams to maintain smooth flow of service
  • Communicate special requests, accessibility needs, or large party details to the team
  • Maintain a polished and organized host stand, entrance, and waiting areas
  • Answer phones professionally, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and takeout orders
  • Support opening and closing procedures for the host stand and entrance area
  • Assist management in training, guiding, and setting expectations for the host team
