Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, setting the tone for their dining experience
- Manage reservations and waitlists through the reservation system, giving accurate wait times during peak periods
- Coordinate guest seating with the service and management teams to maintain smooth flow of service
- Communicate special requests, accessibility needs, or large party details to the team
- Maintain a polished and organized host stand, entrance, and waiting areas
- Answer phones professionally, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and takeout orders
- Support opening and closing procedures for the host stand and entrance area
- Assist management in training, guiding, and setting expectations for the host team
