Job Duties
- Assign stations to servers and bussers
- check to see that stations are sufficiently supplied
- ensure guests are properly taken care of
- greet guests and seat them accordingly
- maintain a close working relationship with servers to encourage teamwork
- assist as a server or busser as needed
- adhere to health department rules and hotel standards
- perform other duties as requested by supervisor or manager
