Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
  • demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
  • ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English
  • basic knowledge of how to operate a computer/tablet
  • basic math skills
  • understands the importance of practicing safety and sanitation policies at all times
  • demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
  • flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights and weekends
  • stable work history

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
  • manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • maintain accurate waitlists and inform guests about expected wait times
  • assist in answering phone calls and providing information about the menu and services
  • uphold cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
  • practice safety and sanitation policies at all times
  • demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers
