Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
- demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English
- basic knowledge of how to operate a computer/tablet
- basic math skills
- understands the importance of practicing safety and sanitation policies at all times
- demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
- flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights and weekends
- stable work history

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
- manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- maintain accurate waitlists and inform guests about expected wait times
- assist in answering phone calls and providing information about the menu and services
- uphold cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
- practice safety and sanitation policies at all times
- demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers
