Job Requirements
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to read and interpret restaurant seating chart
- Ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly manner
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace status
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to read and interpret seating charts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas
- Monitor and assist with roll-up silverware stock
- Communicate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure service standards
- Perform cashier and bus person duties as needed
- Refill beverages and maintain cleanliness during service
- Assist in rolling silverware, expediting food orders, cleaning dishes, and maintaining condiment stations during downtime
