Job Requirements

  • Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to read and interpret restaurant seating chart
  • Ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly manner
  • Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • Must maintain a drug-free workplace status

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Ability to read and interpret seating charts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas
  • Monitor and assist with roll-up silverware stock
  • Communicate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure service standards
  • Perform cashier and bus person duties as needed
  • Refill beverages and maintain cleanliness during service
  • Assist in rolling silverware, expediting food orders, cleaning dishes, and maintaining condiment stations during downtime
