Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
compliance with all state, county or municipal health regulations
capable of distinguishing monetary denominations
experience with cash handling is preferred

Job Qualifications

excellent communication skills
ability to provide friendly and courteous service
basic math skills to differentiate between monetary denominations
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly, cheerfully and courteously
answer phones
take, enter and package To Go orders
collect payment
fill beverage orders
assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables
resolve complaints as they occur
notify the manager of any complaints received
