Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide guests with a fresh dining experience
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and make every single guest feel welcome at the door
  • Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
  • Introduce guests to their server
  • Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
  • Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
