Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality by making every guest feel welcome
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely fashion
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set guest expectations accurately
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
