Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Valid Food Handlers Card for applicable states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Clear background check and eligible to work in the United States

- Ability to operate computer seating systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong guest service orientation and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm upon arrival
- Manage wait times by notifying guests and entering their names into the computer seating system
- Issue pagers to guests as necessary to enhance their waiting experience
- Escort guests to their tables using proper seating techniques and distribute menus courteously
- Answer phone calls and respond to menu, reservation, and restaurant inquiries
- Address guest complaints and difficult situations promptly using the AIM method - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive dining experience
