Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age upon date of hire
Ability to lift 30 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally
Prepared, in uniform and punctual for shift
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

Friendly and attentive customer service skills
Knowledge of menu and restaurant specials

Job Duties

Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary
Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas
Assigning guests to tables they prefer while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
