Job Requirements

Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary
Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 15 lbs

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of reception/host experience in the hospitality industry
Exceptional command of the English language both written and spoken
A naturally friendly and positive demeanor coupled with solid communication skills

Proficient in computer usage
Flexible, enthusiastic, and confident in handling diverse situations
Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities

Job Duties

Extend a warm welcome to guests and adeptly manage reservations across various platforms
