Job Requirements

Arrives to work on time and ready to work
Follows company policies including time recording requirements
Provides exceptional guest service throughout the shift
Supports teamwork and positive communication
Washes hands every 20 minutes and maintains sanitation protocols
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Ability to work in noisy environments
Communicates timely with management about issues

Job Qualifications

Warm, upbeat, and energetic demeanor
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Basic reading and handwriting skills
Ability to operate front door seating software
Minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise dictated by state law

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and brightly upon arrival
Seat guests based on preference and rotate evenly among servers
Provide accurate wait times and communicate seating options
Support service team by bussing dishes, sanitizing, and resetting tables
Answer incoming restaurant calls professionally
Maintain a neat and organized workstation and entrance area
Complete opening and closing side work and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
