Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
availability to work shifts up to 8 hours
physical capability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching
good interpersonal skills
willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
ability to work well within a team
positive and enthusiastic attitude
prior experience in customer service preferred
ability to handle fast-paced environments
basic computer and phone skills

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
answer the phone and direct to-go orders properly
manage the wait list and call-ahead seating
keep the host/hostess area stocked with all necessary items
maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area
clean and organize menus and restrooms
assist other team members as needed
