Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handlers Card in relevant states
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to operate computer seating systems
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest interaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Food Handlers Card valid in applicable states (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- Notify guests of wait times and enter their names into the computer seating system
- Issue pagers to guests when appropriate
- Operate the computer seating system efficiently
- Lead guests to their tables and distribute menus
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and the restaurant
- Address guest complaints using the AIM method - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management
