Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude
- have a clean appearance
- greet guests and say farewell upon guests leaving
- answer the phone and take all reservations according to the reservation policy
- ensure a rotation is followed every night according to the OLIVIA rotation policy
- ensure bathrooms are presentable to guests
- keep the host stand clean and organized
