Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service and cash handling preferred
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain attention to entrance and greet guests promptly

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret seating charts
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables following customer service standards
- Record customer reservations or seating times consistently
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Set up and maintain dining room areas before serving
- Assist with maintaining sufficient stock of silverware for shifts
- Advise guests on menus and beverage choices based on knowledge
- Oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform cashier and bus person duties as needed including cashing out guests
- Follow cash handling policies and ensure security of cash
- Patrol assigned station refilling water and coffee, removing service items
- Perform other team duties during downtime such as rolling silverware and cleaning
