Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Experience working in restaurants or similar customer service environments
Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of POS systems and online reservation platforms
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Provide excellent hospitality by greeting and seating guests
Control the pace of the door and manage guest flow
Communicate effectively with managers regarding restaurant flow
Know the menu and make genuine recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized host stand
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Respond to on-the-fly guest requests with ease and poise
Understand and utilize POS and online reservation systems
Be available to work weekends and some holidays
Fill in as needed to support restaurant operations
