Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- high school diploma or GED
- availability to work open hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- seat guests efficiently to maintain optimal flow
- assist in managing guest wait times and flow within the restaurant
- communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- support other restaurant team members as needed
