Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • high school diploma or GED
  • availability to work open hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • seat guests efficiently to maintain optimal flow
  • assist in managing guest wait times and flow within the restaurant
  • communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
  • support other restaurant team members as needed
