Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise dictated by state law
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs for short distances
- Capable of working in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic reading and writing skills

Job Qualifications
- Showcases a warm, upbeat, and energetic demeanor to guests
- Maintains punctuality and arrives to work on time ready to work
- Follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording requirements
- Possesses strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates the ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic reading and handwriting skills with ability to operate the restaurant's front door seating software
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner while acknowledging all guests within five feet
- Seat guests based on their seating preference when possible
- Rotate seating with different servers to ensure even workloads and prompt service
- Provide departing guests with a warm salutation thanking them for their visit and inviting them to return
- Support service team members in bussing dishes, sanitizing, and resetting tables as needed
- Manage the placement of guests within the entrance area for enhanced guest experience and safety
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
