Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
- manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
- provide guests with information about menu items and services
- assist in coordinating with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
- address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- support special events and catering functions as needed
