Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Appropriately estimate guest wait time and relay information professionally
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table, pulling out chairs, and placing menus
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for group needs
- Ensure place settings are complete and clean
- Check menus for currency, cleanliness, and condition
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Resolve guest issues and respond appropriately
- Assist servers as needed
