- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the daily menu and assist residents with inquiries and recommendations
- Assist with all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Perform all dining steps of service professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service with a compassionate and dignified approach
