Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Food Handlers Card valid in specified states
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
Experience in customer service preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Outgoing and friendly personality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to operate a computer seating system
Customer service experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Manage guest wait times and enter names into computer seating system
Issue pagers to guests when necessary
Escort guests to their tables and distribute menus
Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies
Address guest concerns and complaints with the AIM method
Communicate clearly with guests and team members
