Job Requirements

16 plus years old
reliable transportation required
ability to wipe down table tops, legs, and pick up debris
ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours per shift
must have good balance and ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel
ability to frequently lift and bus pans and trays weighing up to 25 pounds
must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
ability to transport and carry objects like high chairs weighing up to 15 pounds

Job Duties

Greets and seats all guests in a friendly manner
assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments
opens doors for arriving and departing guests
remains visible in the front of house facing main entrance
occasionally delivers food and drinks to guests
interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly atmosphere
completes assigned opening and closing side work
participates in clearing and resetting dining room tables using team delivery
observes guests, responds to requests, and anticipates needs
maintains a clean and organized work area
explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
drives sales with suggestive selling
accommodates special guest needs such as booster chairs and high chairs
manages the waitlist during peak times
may be scheduled to serve guests in Carside To-Go or Server To-Go roles
fills out feature sheets as required
assists in general front of house maintenance including restrooms, light cleaning, washing windows, sani-bucket rotation, expo line setup, trash emptying, silverware rolling, and maintaining curb appeal
