Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Manage guest seating and wait times efficiently
- Assist with special seating requests and accommodate unique guest needs
- Communicate guest information and special requests to team members
- Escort guests to their tables and provide initial service support
- Answer phone calls and interact professionally with guests and vendors
- Support servers, bussers, and other team members as necessary
