Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in a customer service role
excellent communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
basic knowledge of restaurant seating protocols

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet customers upon arrival
schedule dining reservations for guests
assign seating to groups based on availability and special needs
escort guests to their tables
provide menus and explain daily specials
answer customer questions
introduce customers to their servers
monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining facilities
instruct buss personnel and waiters on table clearing and customer needs
assist guests with special requirements including children and disabilities
open doors and help guests to vehicles as needed
