- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
- excellent communication skills

- strong interpersonal skills with a passion for guest satisfaction
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
- monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
- estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
- ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
- answer the telephone, book reservations, and move tables together to accommodate large parties
- support the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to guests
- set the tone for guests’ visits by providing engaging and welcoming interactions
