Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume environments efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous hosting experience in a high-volume upscale lounge or fine-dining environment preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a polished professional demeanor
- Familiarity with reservation platforms is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide a warm professional welcome to all guests managing the door and seating with poise
- Oversee the seating chart and waitlist to maximize lounge capacity while ensuring a smooth guest experience
- Communicate effectively with servers bartenders and management regarding open tables and guest needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the room's history and menu offerings to answer guest inquiries
- Ensure the entryway and host station remain pristine and organized throughout the shift
