Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and seating assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station and dining area
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure rapid and efficient guest service
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment
- Assist with training new hosts/hostesses and support teamwork initiatives
- Participate in employee recognition and development programs
