Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and seating assignments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station and dining area
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure rapid and efficient guest service
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Uphold safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment
  • Assist with training new hosts/hostesses and support teamwork initiatives
  • Participate in employee recognition and development programs
