Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Availability to work part-time including nights and weekends
Must have strong verbal communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform light cleaning and beverage refilling duties
Must be a team player and adaptable to various tasks

Job Qualifications

Experience using Open Table reservation system
Ability to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work nights and weekends
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
