Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
- ability to perform duties while unsupervised
- able to stand for long periods
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food
- willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification
- able to handle money accurately and operate point-of-sale system
- able to work in a busy restaurant environment
- previous restaurant experience a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- ability to work independently and unsupervised
- ability to safely lift and maneuver trays
- experience operating a point-of-sale system
- restaurant experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Greeting guests as they enter and managing the waiting list as necessary
- providing guests with menus and answering initial questions
- seating guests at tables or in waiting areas
- assigning guests to tables while managing table rotation to balance server workloads
- engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- responding to complaints and resolving issues promptly
- answering phone calls, taking reservations, and addressing inquiries
- maintaining knowledge of the menu
- assisting other restaurant positions when needed
- providing excellent customer service
