Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
  • ability to perform duties while unsupervised
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food
  • willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification
  • able to handle money accurately and operate point-of-sale system
  • able to work in a busy restaurant environment
  • previous restaurant experience a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • experience operating a point-of-sale system

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests as they enter and managing the waiting list as necessary
  • providing guests with menus and answering initial questions
  • seating guests at tables or in waiting areas
  • assigning guests to tables while managing table rotation to balance server workloads
  • engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • responding to complaints and resolving issues promptly
  • answering phone calls, taking reservations, and addressing inquiries
  • maintaining knowledge of the menu
  • assisting other restaurant positions when needed
  • providing excellent customer service
