Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle high volume and fast pace
- Basic knowledge of sanitation practices
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the door
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introducing guests to their server
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest touch points in the restaurant
