Job Requirements

Prior experience in a customer service, host/hostess, or hospitality role preferred but not required
ability to stand, walk, reach, bend for extended periods
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to members and guests
exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
demonstrate strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
remain calm and composed under pressure
display proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems or possess the ability to quickly learn new computer skills

Job Duties

Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
manage reservations efficiently and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
assist in creating a pleasant dining environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and entry areas
provide information to members and guests about club facilities, events, and activities
address any immediate concerns or special requests from members and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
collaborate with dining and event staff to facilitate seamless service during peak dining hours and special events
handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, club events, and promotional activities
contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as needed
