Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience as a host in fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • Ability to speak Spanish verbally with crew
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
