- Ability to memorize floor chart and steps of service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a welcoming and energetic welcome, promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of entryway, including glass doors and entryway floors
- Sanitize menus after use
- Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always
- Check paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check
- Report any maintenance issues immediately
- Lift 25 lbs
- Stand for 10+ hours
- Adhere to uniform guidelines
- Memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service
- Coordinate with servers and bussers to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
