  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Availability to work open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Familiarity with POS system preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests arriving and departing in a friendly manner
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently to maintain the flow of the restaurant
  • Assist in managing guest flow to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations courteously
  • Support the restaurant staff in daily operations as needed
