Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hosting or customer service roles
Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Greet each guest and social group with enthusiasm and guide them through the check-in process
Provide accurate wait times, directions, and venue details to guests
Escort guests to dining, bar, and shuffleboard areas
Introduce guests to the shuffleboard experience with detailed tours
Maintain consistent communication with all employees on shift to ensure smooth operations
Oversee and update the reservation system during shifts
Engage with guests, employees, and management enthusiastically
Thank departing guests in a personalized manner
Exude energy and enthusiasm throughout each shift
Work effectively as part of a team, delivering consistent service under pressure
Bring new and creative ideas to improve service and guest experience
Maintain excellent organizational skills
