Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Inviting guests to visit again
  • Accommodating special needs such as boosters, high chairs, disabilities, and large parties
  • Managing wait lists and quoting accurate wait times
  • Providing assistance to servers
  • Maintaining tables per floor plan
  • Completing assigned cleaning duties
  • Maintaining working knowledge of the menu
